1. Aussie Hair Insurance
This is my favorite leave-in conditioner spray. It tops my list because of the price. It can be purchased at several retailers and is under $5. For the price, it works really well. The scent isn't strong, which is an important feature to me. I love that it make my hair soft but doesn't weigh it down.
It would be nice if it had some sort of SPF for my hair, but it doesn't. I don't go outside much and we have a lack of sun most months, so this isn't a big problem for me. For you beach babes, this could be a deal breaker.
2. Sun Bum 3 In 1 Leave In Treatment
If you want to smell like summer, this is the product for you. It smells fruity and delicious. This is a go to product for the summer. This product detangles, conditions, and has UV protection.
The scent of this spray is wonderful, but it is a bit strong. If you use a floral shampoo, the smells do not really work together. I only use this when I use a sweet smelling shampoo. Another downside of this product, is the price. It is the most expensive leave-in conditioner spray that I have used. It sells for 14.99 for a 4 ounce bottle.
3. Macadamia Professional Weightless Moisture Conditioning Mist
This product is especially designed for people with fine hair. It works to moisturize and detangle without weighing hair down. It is full of natural ingredients and free of sulfates and parabens. If you love to use products with macadamia and argan oils, this is the spray for you.
For those that love a strong smelling conditioner, you will not be disappointed with this spray. I don't particularly care for the scent of this product, making the strong scent a downside for me. The Macadamia Mist is cheaper than the Sun Bum and more expensive than the Aussie products. An 8 ounce bottle sells for $22.
These are currently my top three recommendations for leave-in hair conditioners. I really love how they leave my hair soft but not limp. They are also great time savers too. After toweling my hair dry, I just spray it in. After my normal morning beauty routine, I just comb my hair out.
Do you have a favorite leave-in hair conditioner you think I should try?
