What To Buy During Sephora's Sale

This is the first year that I actually qualified for the VIB. Which really means, I've spent way too much money at Sephora. My makeup and skincare collection has exploded in the last year but I can always add a thing or two to my collection. I have my eye on quite a bit but I am going to do some more beauty research before I hit the check out button.

I plan on making sure I am stocked on my staples like primer, foundation, and powder. If you know you are going to use them, why not save on your purchase?

Cane+ Austin Mattifying Primer: If you have issues with your foundation sliding off your face, try a mattifying primer. This one is a bit higher priced so you'll want to get it during the sale.

Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer: Suffer from redness or have issues with texture? Try this primer. This one is my cart to buy for sure.

Lancome Teint Idole Ultra Long Wear Foundation: If you want a long wearing  and high coverage foundation that feels like you are wearing almost nothing at all, this is the foundation to chose.

Tarte Water Foundation: If you have oily skin and want to try a water based foundation this is a great option.

Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder: A top rated setting powder and the one in my cart.

Sometimes I get a little nervous to try something that I haven't heard a lot about. I get equally nervous about trying brand new products that everyone else loves because I really picky.  But with the sale and with Sephora's return policy now is the time to take some risks.

Huda Beauty Obsessions Palette: If you want to try a Huda eyeshadow palette but don't want to commit to buying the larger Desert Dusk or Rose Gold palettes, these smaller ones are a great choice.

ColourPop Golden State of Mind Palette: If you like everything shimmer, get this palette. It's already a great price and with the added discount it is a steal.

Natasha Denona All Over Glow Face & Body Shimmer:  Want to look like a shimmering goddess for your holiday parties? This is a great way to try Natasha Denona without shelling out the cash for an eyeshadow palette.

I love to get gift sets for myself because it can be a great way to try  a lot of new products.  Also sometimes they are a really great value. Of course you could actually give your gift set as a gift.

Caudalie Ultimate Anti Aging Trio: Need an eye cream? Pick this one up for yourself. The eye cream alone is worth the price plus you get two more great anti-aging products.

Sephora Favorites Lashstash: Who doesn't need this? I don't think you can ever have too much mascara.

Tarte Limited Edition Treasure Box Set: This box set has eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara, blush, highlight, bronzer, and a lip paint making it a really well rounded gift. Maybe for teenager that is just starting to get into makeup...

This is where I am going to get honest. I'm having a fling with makeup but my true love is skincare. Invest in your skin and you will find yourself looking beautiful even without the full coverage foundation.

Dr. Brandt Skincare Microdermabrasion Age Defying Exfoliator: Keep dry flaky skin at bay with this hard working exfoliator. A little goes a long way making it well worth the price.

Sunday Riley Good Genes All In One Lactic Acid Treatment: If you have sensitive skin lactic acid is a better alternative to glycolic as it is less harsh.

Caudalie Vinoperfect Radiance Serum: I highly recommend this product for all skin types but especially if you have sensitive skin and find vitamin c serums too harsh.

Dior Hydra Life Jelly Sleeping Mask: During the winter you are likely to need a touch more hydration, even if you have some oiliness in your skin. This sleep mask will hydrate without feeling greasy.

Lancome Energie de Vie The Illuminating & Purifying Exfoliating Mask: This mask exfoliates and hydrates the skin in under 5 minutes. This mask is seriously so good. I love it.

One of the things I have been lucky to have it nice hair. I work really hard to keep it that way and I only use the best hair products. While Ulta has more selection in the hair department, there are some great hair products at Sephora too.

Living Proof Restore Perfecting Spray: I have tried a lot of leave in conditioners. This one so far is the absolute best at leaving my fine hair tangle free without leaving it greasy.

Briogeo Don't Despair Deep Conditioning Hair Cap System: I always use a cap when I do a mask. This cap however is loaded with extra goodies that leave your hair incredibly soft.

Bumble and Bumble Sunday Shampoo: If you get buildup, you need this product. Use it once a week to remove all of the left over dry shampoo.

This sale won't last long. In fact it ends 11/15! So head over to Sephora right now.
